OS 360

With OS 360, Mercury offers security updates, the latest Android OS upgrades and device enhancements to help ensure Mercury Android-based devices are secure and performing optimally throughout their lifecycle. OS 360 seamlessly integrates with Mercury, Mercury device management platform, which allows users to pre-schedule updates and manage OS versions across their fleet of devices. Via OEMConfig, OS 360 will also integrate with 3rd-party UEMs and other management software. For every Mercury device with Android 10 or later, OS 360 is available for purchase for up to five years.*

Advance Unit Replacement

Get peace of mind with Mercury optional Advance Unit Replacement warranty. In the event your device requires service, all you have to do is submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request through Mercury online portal. If phone support doesn’t resolve the issue, we will ship you a replacement unit next business day.

Accidental Damage Protection

With Mercury ADP, your device is protected against unintentional damage such as drops, impacts, and exposure to food or spilled liquids. Mercury  simplifies the claim process with no hidden fees or deductibles. Enhance your ADP warranty by adding Advance Unit Replacement (AUR) coverage, which offers expedited RMA lead times and next business day delivery.

Extended Warranty

By extending the standard factory warranty for up to five years, customers can align product warranty with planned product life cycles. In the event of an issue, the device is shipped to Mercury, repaired, and returned to the customer.

On-Site Exchange

Mercury offers an optional On-Site Exchange warranty to cover you in the event your device requires service. All you have to do is submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request through Mercury online portal and we handle the rest. Our technicians will come out to your location, replace the defective unit and schedule its pick-up and removal to get you up and running in no time.

Out of Warranty Repair Services

In the event your device needs service outside of the standard or
extended warranty, we have you covered. All you have to do is submit a
Return Material Authorization (RMA) request through Mercury online portal, ship us the device and we handle the rest.

Battery Replacement

Keep your device running like new with our comprehensive battery
replacement warranty. In the event your battery is broken or simply not
operating at peak performance, Mercury offers battery replacement warranty
options that facilitate a hassle-free replacement.
